Shri Sitaram Agarwal is the Chairman of Super Smelters Limited (flagship company of Sai Group), he is a Science graduate, with almost 4 decades of experience in the manufacturing industry, serving the core sectors such as construction and infrastructure development. He has been involved in various modernization and expansion programs undertaken at various units of the group from time to time. The proactive and progressive attitude of Shri. Agarwal has helped the Group in widening its horizon and taking up expansions in a big way.

Shri Dilipp Agarwal along with his father, Shri Sitaram Agarwal, and brother Shri Deepak Agarwal founded the Company and has over more than two decades of entrepreneurial experience in Steel trading and manufacturing. He has led the group and has helped shape its strategic vision. Under his leadership Super Smelters Limited, the flagship company of Sai group is growing by leaps and bounds. He has been instrumental in setting up new capacities not only in Super Smelters Limited but also in Group Companies. Under his guidance, the group has been able to establish itself as a distinguished firm, dealing in a vast range of products. He is a Commerce graduate.

Shri Deepak Agarwal Shri Deepak Agarwal is a result-oriented person with more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in steel trading and manufacturing. He has nurtured a very high-performance team to lead the company. He is known for his ability to deal with and steer the company when faced with challenging times. He drives efficiency and productivity while reducing costs and eliminating inefficiencies. He has been on the board of the company since its inception presently he is the Joint Managing Director of the company. He is a graduate of commerce.
