Why Supershakti is better?

Supershatki brand is manufactured in an integrated steel plant by using state of an art facility all under one roof for best quality control.

  • Ironmaking (conversion of ore to liquid iron/ iron ore -> sponge iron -> liquid steel).
  •  Steelmaking (conversion of pig iron to liquid iron).
  • Casting (solidification of liquid steel)
  • Roughing rolling/ billet rolling (reducing the size of blocks) Product rolling (finished shapes)
  • In Supershakti the control procedure is based on the Yield Strength/Tempering temperature relationship obtained from the results of the TMT bar.
  • In Supershakti the variation of the thickness of “Martensite Layer” is versus the yield strength is clearly shown.
  • The cooling power of the Supershakti quenching line is always adjusting in order to obtain the value required for the yield strength (YS from grade + safety margin).
  • In Supershakti, during manufacturing the cooling power of the bar is longitudinally tracked by the pyrometers. The pyrometers are the heart of the control of the process for achieving yield strength.
  • In our process the pyrometer is located at the entry of the Tempcore box and measures the flow material variation of finishing temperature along with the billet or between successive billets to ensure the best and homogenous yield strength, end to end.
